Get proof of vaccinations

You can view your immunisation history statement which shows vaccinations recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register.

  1. Log in to the 1800MEDICARE app

    Open the 1800MEDICARE app, select Log in.

  2. Select a record

    Choose the record you want to access. This could be your record or someone you care for.

  3. Select 'Immunisations'

    You can select Complete statement or COVID-19 & flu statement or view your immunisation history by scrolling.

    If you wish to share an immunisation statement, select the statement then select the share button in the top right corner.
