Push notifications

You will be notified when there are new test or scan results available in your record.

  1. Log in to the 1800MEDICARE app

    Open the 1800MEDICARE app, select Log in.

  2. Select a record

    Choose the record you want to access. This could be your record or someone you care for.

  3. Enable push notifications

    From the home screen, select the profile icon in the top right corner to go to the settings.

    Select Push notifications.

    Select Send me notifications.

  4. View notifications

    Select the Notifications tab at the bottom of your screen to see if there are any new notifications.

    If available, you will see your notifications, such as new test or scan results. You can select any notification to view more information.
