Switch records

If you are managing multiple records, you can switch between the records in the 1800MEDICARE app.

  1. Log in to the 1800MEDICARE app

    Open the 1800MEDICARE app, select Log in.

  2. Select a record

    Choose the record you want to access. This could be your record or someone you care for.

  3. To switch to another record, select the name of the record holder

    To switch to another record, select the name of the person's record you are viewing. Their first name and last name will be at the top of the app's home screen.

  4. Select 'Switch record'

    Select Switch record, then choose another record you want to access. This could be your record or someone you care for.
