View or share test and scan results

You can view and share your pathology (e.g. blood tests and biopsies) and diagnostic imaging reports (e.g. scans and x-rays).

  1. Log in to the 1800MEDICARE app

    Open the 1800MEDICARE app, select Log in.

  2. Select a record

    Choose the record you want to access. This could be your record or someone you care for.

  3. Select 'Scans & test results'

    Select Scans & test results.

  4. Select either scan or test results

    Select either Scan results or Test results.

  5. Select the report you want to view and/or share

    Once you are viewing the report, you can select the share icon on the top right corner to share this information with others.

    Follow the prompts to share the report via your device SMS or email.

    Some results may be locked. You will not be able to view locked results. This delay is in place to give your healthcare provider time to review the results first. The locked results are marked with the clock and padlock symbol at the top left corner of the result entry. They will automatically unlock after the specified date.
