He undertook various rotations until settling on intensive care medicine, then streaming into anaesthesia. Dr Mohajeri was admitted to ANZCA fellowship in 2010.In 2013 Aidin obtained an Executive MBA from IE Business School, after which he established the preadmissions management system Preadmissions Australia. This was a journey in gaining an understanding of not only the process of software design and development but also change management within the healthcare sector. With this experience, he also started E-Health Consult, a digital health-oriented consultancy. As a Clinical Reference Lead, Aidin is keen to contribute to shaping the future of our healthcare system.

Consultant psychiatristHelen is a pharmacist and consultant psychiatrist. She subspecialises in the area of doctor mental health. Helen is an author, public speaker and passionate advocate for those with a mental illness. She is a consultant psychiatrist with MindAdvocacy and company director of CPD Formulations, a company she created in 2007 to provide medical education programs including examination preparation workshops to doctors and medical students. Helen writes regularly for publications such as Australian Doctor and enjoys using her knowledge and expertise of psychiatry to create content via various platforms such as blogging, social media, and print media. Helen would like to see the expansion of the use of telepsychiatry to provide care to more patients who live in geographically remote areas. She is very excited about her new role as clinical reference lead for the Australian Digital Health Agency and sees it as a role to complement her busy clinical work.

Matthew originally trained as a General Practitioner and is focused on examining systems of care that improve coordination between specialist and primary providers.

Psychiatrist | Clinical Professor, Deakin UniversityRichard is a practicing clinical psychiatrist based in Victoria. He has longstanding interests in telehealth and health IT. He has held consultant psychiatrist positions at University College London Hospitals NHS Trust, Barwon Health, Geelong, Southwest Healthcare, Warrnambool and at The Geelong Clinic. He has been a consultant psychiatrist since 1998. He established his telehealth clinical practice in 2017 in response to the shortage of psychiatrists in regional and rural areas of Australia. Richard has been published widely with more than 80 journal articles and book chapters on psychiatry. He holds an academic position as Clinical Professor at Deakin University in the medical school. He is also an examiner and assessor for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. He mentors medical students and young doctors for the Pinnacle Foundation, the AMA and the RANZCP.

Xiu has practical experience working with a number of clinical information systems across different disciplines. Xiu is an advocate for junior staff, mentoring, and gender equality in medicine, and works on subcommittees in the College of Emergency Medicine to help drive these.
