He undertook various rotations until settling on intensive care medicine, then streaming into anaesthesia. Dr Mohajeri was admitted to ANZCA fellowship in 2010.In 2013 Aidin obtained an Executive MBA from IE Business School, after which he established the preadmissions management system Preadmissions Australia. This was a journey in gaining an understanding of not only the process of software design and development but also change management within the healthcare sector. With this experience, he also started E-Health Consult, a digital health-oriented consultancy. As a Clinical Reference Lead, Aidin is keen to contribute to shaping the future of our healthcare system.

He is a research fellow at the VCCC Palliative Medicine Research Group, and sits on advisory boards and working groups across Palliative Medicine and Primary Care. Matthew originally trained as a General Practitioner and is focused on examining systems of care that improve coordination between specialist and primary providers.

Xiu has practical experience working with a number of clinical information systems across different disciplines. Xiu is an advocate for junior staff, mentoring, and gender equality in medicine, and works on subcommittees in the College of Emergency Medicine to help drive these.
