Edit participating organisation details

After registering your participating organisation in the PCA portal and once the registration request has been approved, you can edit your organisation details.

Summary of steps to edit Organisation Details:

  • From the Your Organisations screen, click on the organisation name (next to the PO icon).
  • Click on the Edit Organisation button at the top right of the screen.
  • On the Edit Organisation screen, you can edit:
    • Your contact details at this organisation
    • Edit business name (if applicable)
    • De-select or select the checkbox This organisation provides healthcare to individuals (if applicable).
    • De-select or select the checkbox We have made the Australian Digital Health Agency a Contracted Service Provider for the Healthcare Identifier (HI) Service
    • Click to Enter HPI-O button (if displayed) and then provide and validate the HPI-O number for the organisation.
    • Edit Organisation Contact Details, including the organisation phone number, email address and legal contact email address (this is where legal notices will be sent). You can also edit or enter the organisation fax number and website
    • Edit Organisation Location: you can update the postal address in this section
  • Once complete, click on the Update Organisation button.

Detailed steps:

    Step 1

    From Your Organisations screen:

    1. Click on the organisation name (next to the PO icon).

    Step 2

    1. Click on the Edit Organisation button at the top right of the screen.

    Step 3

    On the Edit Organisation screen, you can edit:

    1. Your contact details at this organisation

    2. Edit business name (if applicable)

    3. (Optional if displayed and enabled)

    If your organisation does not provide healthcare to individuals (e.g. it provides supporting services such as home cleaning, meal delivery, etc.), de-select the This organisation provides healthcare to individuals checkbox, and proceed to step 8.

    4. (Optional if displayed and enabled)

    If you don't wish to publish HPI-O's and HPI-I's to your Business Partners, de-select the We have made the Australian Digital Health Agency a Contracted Service Provider for the Healthcare Identifier (HI) Service checkbox and proceed to step 8.

    Note: The HPI-O Linked to CSP and Enter HPI-O button are removed when either checkbox is de-selected.

    5. (Optional if displayed).
    Click the Enter HPI-O button.

    6. On the Appointing the Agency as your Contracted Service Provider popup window, provide the HPI-O number for your organisation and select the Validate button.

    7. Where the HPI-O has been validated, click the Save HPI-O button. The Edit Organisation screen is re-displayed.

    8. On the Edit Organisation screen, edit Organisation Contact Details, including the organisation phone number, email address and legal contact email address (this is where legal notices will be sent).

    9. You can also edit or enter the organisation fax number and website.

    10.Edit Organisation Location: you can update the address in this section.

    Step 4

    1. Once complete, click on the Update Organisation button.
