- Created on Monday, 21 December 2015
The National E-Health Transition Authority (NEHTA) is the lead organisation supporting a national eHealth vision for Australia.
We invite you to become a member of the My Health Record system Developer Community
NEHTA is contacting people that attended or registered for the Introduction to the My Health Record system for Software Developers webinar held on the 16 December 2015, to invite them to become a member of the My Health Record system Developer Community.
As a member of this community, you will be notified of NEHTA's support services and future webinars on developing software to access the My Health Record system.
Why become a member of the My Health Record Developer Community?
The uptake and adoption of the My Health Record system is growing steadily, with now more than 55 software products connected. This makes digital health records available to general practitioners, hospitals, pharmacists, aged care facilities, allied health workers, pathology and radiology laboratories.
In the 2015 Budget, the Federal Government committed $485.1 million over four years to continue the operation of the My Health Record system, including implementing trials for an opt-out system. So now is a great time to consider enhancing your current products to connect with the My Health Record system.
As a member of the My Health Record Developer Community, you can be actively involved in shaping what information and support NEHTA provides by informing us of your needs and providing feedback on topics of interest.
