Lyn McGrath is a Chair and Non‐Executive Director with over 35 years’ experience at both board and senior executive levels in highly regulated and complex industries including financial services and healthcare. She brings to the Board significant governance and risk management experience.

Ms McGrath is Chair of Heartland Bank Australia Ltd, a subsidiary of Heartland Group (ASX/NZX: HGH); a Non‐Executive Director at Credit Corp Ltd (ASX:CCP), a Non-Executive Director of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad, a Malaysian listed Bank.

Ms McGrath’s executive career includes her tenure as Group executive, Retail Banking at Bank of Queensland (ASX:BOQ) where she led a significant business turnaround and launched the Virgin Money Australia Digital Bank. She has also spearheaded large scale data, digital and technology transformations as well as business turnarounds within ASX 100 organisations. Prior to joining BOQ Ms McGrath spent nearly 12 years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) where she held several senior positions, including Executive General Manager, Retail, with responsibility for nationwide retail distribution, and Executive General Manager, Wealth Advice, overseeing the bank’s financial advice operations.

Ms McGrath has a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University; and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Business School; and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Fellow of Institute of Company Directors Malaysia (ICDM). She is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA, a Vincent Fairfax Fellow in Ethical Leadership, and a member of Chief Executive Women.
