Pathology and diagnostic imaging providers uploading to My Health Record

From July 2026, pathology and diagnostic imaging reports prepared by, or on behalf of, a pathologist or radiologist must be uploaded to My Health Record, except in some circumstances. 

Extension of time to comply

Some pathology and diagnostic imaging providers have applied for an extension of time to comply with the upload requirements.

This list includes the trading names of providers that have applied for an extension and is updated when new applications are received. The trading names are as supplied by the organisation.

Note: In some cases, organisations on this list may upload some, but not all, pathology or diagnostic imaging reports, depending on the reason they have applied for an extension.
