Profile and settings
You can view and update your personal information, add emergency contacts, set up email or SMS notifications, check your Medicare information or cancel your record.
To manage your profile and settings, you will need to have My Health Record linked to your myGov account.
View and update profile details
Your profile keeps track of all your personal details in My Health Record and helps give your health providers a full picture of your care.
Adding emergency contacts helps your healthcare providers to contact your family member, close friend or carer during an emergency.
You can set an email or mobile phone notification to let you know when changes are made in My Health Record.
Medicare information settings
Up to two years of Medicare information is available to view in My Health Record. You can view, add or edit the types of Medicare information available in your record at any time.
