No one knows when they’ll need access to their health information. It could be in a crisis or in an emergency at two in the morning. Fortunately, all you need to access your immunisations, allergy lists or medicines information and more, is a mobile or computer.
The first thing you will need to do is make sure that My Health Record is linked to your myGov account.
- Log in to myGov to set up access to your record. (If you don’t have a myGov account, you’ll need to create one first. If you don’t have a myGov account, you can create one at www.my.gov.au)
- Link your record by selecting it from the ‘Link My Services’ list.
- If you need help call us on 1800 723 471 (option 1), available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are two ways to either access or view your health information
1. Online - full access
