What documents provide proof of vaccination?
What documents provide proof of vaccination?
There are two documents available from My Health Record that provide proof of vaccination:
- A Immunisation history statement shows all the immunisations you’ve had that are on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), including COVID-19 vaccinations.
- A COVID-19 digital certificate shows only your COVID-19 vaccinations. You can get your digital certificate after you’ve had at least one dose of a vaccine approved for use in Australia.
Your vaccination provider must report your vaccination information to the Australian Immunisation Register before it will show on your Immunisation history statement or COVID-19 digital certificate.
