Unlink from a healthcare service

Summary of steps

1. Log in to the PCA Portal.
2. Click on the View button on the My workplaces tile.
3. Click on the ellipsis icon under Actions column and select Remove link.
4. A validation message will display. Click Confirm to proceed.
5. A task will then be sent to the manager of the specific healthcare service to unlink you from the healthcare service.
