Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan July 2026 – July 2028

This is the Agency’s second Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), reaffirming our ongoing commitment to reconciliation and builds on foundations from our previous Innovate RAP and looks forward, focusing on how we translate our values into sustained, practical change. Through the commitments set out in this RAP, we reaffirm our responsibility to use our role and influence to support reconciliation in action and help build a digital health ecosystem that recognises, respects and reflects the cultures, histories and strengths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, now and into the future.

Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan October 2023 – October 2025

The Australian Digital Health Agency remains fully committed to Australia’s reconciliation journey and has developed an Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). We will build on the strong foundations of our Reflect RAP and deepen our relationship with community, staff and stakeholders over 2023–2025 to realise effective outcomes.

Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

In October 2020 the Australian Digital Health Agency developed a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and committed to completing the specific actions outlined in the Reflect RAP over 2020–2021.
