Clinical Governance Performance Report

The Agency is tasked with developing, implementing and operating comprehensive and effective clinical governance, using a whole-of-systems approach to ensure clinical safety in the delivery of the national digital health work program. 

This overview report is a summary of the clinical governance and quality improvement activities in 2021/22 that demonstrate how the Agency met our obligations under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability. The report was developed by the Clinical Governance Section with oversight provided by the Clinical Governance Committee.
