Scenario

As an administration officer, I want to easily access systems including Billing Systems, Enterprise Scheduling and Health Information Exchange (HIE) systems to enable enhanced management of patient data and clinical information so I can effectively support clinicians to provide better care and improve the patient experience.

Acceptance criteria

1. Data accessibility

  • The system should be able to provide all relevant data, both clinical and non-clinical, without the need to navigate multiple system pages.
  • I should be able to store, access and print any medical information from one system without needing to log into other systems to retrieve it.
  • Patient data should be accessible across multiple organisation-issued platforms, including desktops, iPads and mobile phones.

2. Reporting and analytics

  • I need to be able to configure and run reports on all clinical and patient activities
  • I need to be able to generate real-time reports for different stakeholders within the organisation.

3. Compliance

  • The system should have a clear audit trail for all activities performed within the application
  • Audit logs can be easily generated and customised to meet specific reporting requirements.
