""

David has collaborated with numerous vendors throughout his career in health procurement.

Scenario

As a procurement manager, my goal is to ensure the new system meets the defined specifications and delivers value for money. This will guarantee that it effectively meets our users’ needs while strictly adhering to our defined standards for systems and technologies.

Acceptance criteria

1. Ease of procurement management

The vendor should be able to provide artefacts and documentation to support their responses on key requirements defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ).

2. Value for money

  • Overall cost is within the acceptance variance from other vendors and from the cost data obtained from the team’s market research.
  • Vendor’s pricing model is within the organisation’s budget.
  • The procurement evaluation team has the opportunity to select or deselect modules or services to enable further alignment with business needs.

3. Compliance
